Dr. Regina Martin, a South Florida native, is a mother, entrepreneur, global speaker, and Senior Pastor of the Embassy Church of South Florida. As City Commissioner of North Lauderdale District C, she made history as the first African American Caribbean Woman to win this seat and become Vice Mayor in Broward County. She's also the founder of The Embassy Academy K12, Forerunners Consulting Firm, Forerunners Magazine, and It’s HER by Regina fashion enterprise. With a Doctorate in Theology and various accolades, Dr. Martin's journey from welfare to empowerment inspires us all.

Lioness Speakers
Cheryl A. Phillips, a native Washingtonian, pursued education through the DC Public School System and graduated from McKinley Tech Senior High. She holds a full Music scholarship from Norfolk State College and later studied Medical Secretarial Studies at Lewis International School. Cheryl received an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Logos International University and various certifications. Alongside her late husband, Dr. Charles Phillips, Cheryl founded churches and ministries in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and Washington, DC. She currently serves as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Christian Center Church International and sits on boards including ITWLA, IAKCM, and OKIMCA.
